Raghav Mahajan
Investment Analyst
Raghav Mahajan is an Investment Analyst based in Asia Alternatives’ Hong Kong office. Mr. Mahajan is primarily responsible for supporting deal execution, portfolio management, and market research for private equity fund investments and direct co-investments in India and Southeast Asia.
Prior to joining Asia Alternatives, Mr. Mahajan was a Senior Associate in the Private Equity Group at Bain & Company, advising private equity investors on commercial due diligence, sector scans and market assessments across industries. Earlier, he was a Financial Research Associate at D. E. Shaw India, where he supported New York–based traders and portfolio managers in developing and refining their investment theses and research.
Mr. Mahajan holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Delhi. He has also passed Part I of the FRM (GARP) certification. He is fluent in Hindi and Punjabi.
