York Hosak is Managing Director of Asia Alternatives Europe GmbH, which was established in 2024 as part of the Asia Alternatives Group, a leading private equity fund-of-funds manager and service provider focused exclusively on Asia (primarily China, India, South Korea, Japan, and Australia) with offices in San Francisco, Hong Kong, Beijing, and Shanghai.
York Hosak is also a partner at Hosak Racky & Partner, PartG, which he founded in 2006. His consulting activities focus on strategic advice to entrepreneurial families and institutional clients, particularly in corporate transactions, as well as advising on the establishment and ongoing support of single-family offices.
From 2013 to 2022, York also served as Managing Director of faktum-b GmbH, a single-family office with an investment focus on private equity, venture capital, and direct real estate.
