Rahul Surana is a Principal based in Asia Alternatives’ Hong Kong office. Mr. Surana is primarily responsible for supporting deal execution, portfolio management and market research for private equity fund investments and direct co-investments in India, Southeast Asia and Special Situations.
Prior to joining Asia Alternatives, Mr. Surana was an Associate Vice President at Kotak Investment Bank in India.
Mr. Surana has a Master of Business Administration (Tech.) from NMIMS University, in Mumbai, India. Mr. Surana holds a Bachelor of Technology, also from NMIMS University. Mr. Surana is a Level 3 Candidate for Chartered Financial Analyst with the CFA Institute. Mr. Surana is fluent in Hindi.
