Jianing Zhang
Senior Counsel
Jianing Zhang is Senior Counsel at Asia Alternatives and is based in the Firm’s Hong Kong office. Ms. Zhang is primarily responsible for addressing legal issues relating to private fund investments and management and supporting the Firm’s compliance with US and international regulatory regimes.
Prior to joining Asia Alternatives, Ms. Zhang was a Senior Associate at the international law firm of Ropes & Gray LLP, where she specialized in asset management, private fund investments and secondary transactions.
Ms. Zhang holds a JD degree from The George Washington University, an LLM degree from University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the Peking University. Ms. Zhang is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
