Jeanette Delacruz
Chief Financial Officer
Jeanette Delacruz is the Chief Financial Officer for Asia Alternatives and is based in San Francisco. Ms. Delacruz is primarily responsible for financial accounting and reporting of the investment funds of Asia Alternatives. Ms. Delacruz also leads the annual audits and tax reporting for the Firm, as well as provides investor relations assistance including operational due diligence
Ms. Delacruz has over 17 years of experience in the alternative investment space. Prior to joining Asia Alternatives, she spent eight years at Rothstein Kass in Financial Service Audit. Ms. Delacruz managed engagements for alternative investment funds, reviewed and substantiated clients’ valuation analyses and advised on fund offering documents and other related fund/investor contracts.
Ms. Delacruz holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accounting from California State University East Bay in Hayward, CA. She holds a CPA and is licensed in California. She is also a member of the AICPA and CalCPA.
