Monique C. Ng is a Vice President and Financial Controller
for Asia Alternatives. Ms. Ng is primarily responsible for the financial
accounting, management and investment reporting in Asia. Ms. Ng also
assists in ensuring the legal, tax and human resource compliance of the
Hong Kong and Beijing offices. Ms. Ng is based in Hong Kong.
Ms. Ng has over four years of private equity administration and finance
experience. Prior to joining Asia Alternatives, Ms. Ng joined Deutsche
Asset Management (Hong Kong) Limited ("DB") in 2005 as the
Assistant Vice President and Fund Controller, where she worked with a
team of investment professionals located in Tokyo and Hong Kong to set up
a new division focused on Asian private equity fund-of-funds and
co-investment opportunities
Prior
to Deutsche Bank, Ms. Ng was the Financial Controller of PPM Ventures
(Asia) Limited for over three years, where she was responsible for regional
operations, including the Hong Kong, Singapore, Seoul and Tokyo offices.
Ms. Ng began her career at Arthur Andersen as a manager in the Assurance
and Business Advisory Division.
Ms. Ng holds a Bachelor of Economics degree major in Accounting and Finance
from Macquarie University. She is a member of CPA Australia and HKICPA
and is a CFA charter holder. She is fluent in English, Cantonese and
Mandarin Chinese.
